TRUFFLE HUNT AND TASTING YOUR BOUNTY!
Piedmont is best known for white truffles but in spring we go in search of black truffles with one of the legendary truffle hunters of the region. Accompanied by specially trained dogs, we'll witness the routines and rituals essential to unearthing the rare delicacies intact. Of course, having built up an appetite and appreciation for this aromatic ingredient, we'll be tasting our finds too!

ITALY'S MOST BEAUTIFUL TOWNS
Piedmont's Le Langhe region is dotted with some of the most charming towns in all of Italy. Boasting sweeping views of vineyards, cobbled streets and Medieval charm, you're sure to fall in love with at least one of the beautiful hamlets we explore on tour.

LOCAL FOOD AND WINE
Piedmont's classic wine Barolo is the inspiration and accompaniment to many local dishes, many of them featuring truffles! We'll discover the delights of the varied local cuisine including pasta dishes and desserts featuring two of the regions other well loved products - hazelnuts and chocolate! You'll have the opportunity to taste the wine and discover how those humble drops evolved into the 'King of Italian' wines celebrated around the world.

PASTA COOKING CLASS
Each region in Italy is proud of their local pasta dishes and Piedmont is no exception. Here they make rich dough with eggs that pairs perfectly with lashings of shaved truffle. Making (and eating) pasta is one of life's great pleasures and you'll learn how to make a delicious Piedmontese pasta dish with which you can later impress family and friends. Buonissimo!

TURIN: PIEDMONT'S ROYAL CAPITAL
Elegant royal Turin is home to several palaces and boasts an almost Parisian air. Proudly the capital of Piedmont, Turin is the best place to start your food and wine journey through the region. Here you can browse bustling produce markets, cheese shops bursting with local wheels and sit in historic cafes where you must try the city's favorite decadent chocolate beverage - Bicerin!
